According to this article, Jamie Smith is set to sign for us. The former Aberdeen and Celtic midfielder has apparently impressed on a four-day trial and is being offered a contract. Smith has been capped by Scotland before, so there is obviously some talent there, but he's coming off of an injury-plagued season in the SPL.
If he can stay fit, I will be very happy that he's signed for us. A winger isn't exactly at the top of our priority list right now, but I think adding a quality one is a must. Rohan Ricketts and Johann Smith just aren't cutting it.
